Acceptance
By creating an Aviora account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. One account per person.
Acceptable use
Do not upload content you have no right to share, attempt to disrupt the service, reverse engineer it, or use it to harass others.
AI-generated coaching
Scores, feedback and plans are generated by AI models. They are guidance, not professional, medical, legal or employment advice, and may contain mistakes.
Your content
You keep ownership of your recordings and transcripts. You grant Aviora permission to process them solely to deliver coaching features to you.
Availability
The service is provided as-is. We may change or discontinue features, and we aim for but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
We will update this page when terms change; continued use after an update means acceptance.
