Who we are
Aviora is an AI communication coaching platform. This policy explains how the Aviora team handles information you provide when you use the product.
Information we hold
Your account email, the profile details you add, your practice recordings and transcripts, the coaching results generated from them, your progress statistics, and your product preferences.
How we use it
To transcribe and analyze your speaking, generate personalized coaching, track your progress over time, and send only the notifications you enable.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. Practice content is sent to hosted AI providers solely to produce your results, and to our hosting and database infrastructure to run the service.
Security
Data is stored in an authenticated database with row-level access rules so records are readable only by the account that owns them. Audio lives in a private storage bucket.
Your rights
You can export, correct or delete your data at any time from Settings, including permanent account deletion.
